The official call center number 3 helpline was inaugurated on April 12 last. Prior to that, the data service number was running for 5 years. As part of the implementation of Digital Bangladesh, number 5 has been launched with the slogan 'Government Information and Services All the Time' to provide government services and information to people of all classes.

Citizens will get information about various government offices, government information services, remedies for various social problems, information of government officials, and district and tourism from any mobile or telephone in Bangladesh. You can also seek help in solving various social problems dialling at 333
